How often should I
clean my carpet?
Residential carpet should be cleaned
every six-to-eighteen months. If you
have pets or children it should be
cleaned more often. It depends on the
frequency of your vacuuming, the type
and the color of your carpet, amount of
traffic it gets and if, when, and how
the carpets were cleaned before.
What kind of cleaning method your
companies use to clean carpets?
Truck Mounted Hot water extraction is
the only method classified as �deep
cleaning�. This method is also called
steam cleaning due to the heat of the
water used to clean your carpet. Hot
water extraction rejuvenates your carpet
fibers and brings them back to life.
Nearly all carpet manufactures and fiber
producers recommend hot water extraction
for cleaning carpets.
Can you get rid of
carpet stain?
With the experience and expertise our
company has, we are known for being able
to get out difficult spots. If a spot is
removable, we have what it takes to get
it out.
How often should I vacuum my carpets?
Keeping dry soil particles out of your
carpet will prevent it from scratching
the yarns warring out the carpet and the
protection. So vacuum 2-3 times a week.
High traffic areas may require it more
often.
How long will the carpet take to dry
after the restoration?
Carpet that is properly maintained will
take about 1-3 hours to dry. (result
vary depending on carpet fabric and
thickness)
